Getting the Best out of the Mario Kart 8 Bonus Game Promotion

In this time of difficulty; whereby game prices are ever increasing, we have to be very frugal and savy with our money; but if you’re like me you can’t simply ignore a good offer then there is no reason you should’nt take advantage of it. Case and point the Mario Kart 8 Bonus Game Promotion and all of the pre-order incentives that followed.

Lets rewind; shortly after Mario Kart 8 became available to pre-order Nintendo announced a ‘Bonus Game Promotion‘, whereby upon redeeming the Club Nintendo Code inside the Mario Kart 8 case customers would be able to request a download of an additional Wii U game. As part of this offer titles included New Super Mario Bros U, Sonic Lost World and Legend of Zelda: WindWaker HD, each of which still retailed at around £34.99 to £44.99.

What’s interesting is that this offer was available in conjunction with ‘any other’ retail offers, such ShopTo who were giving away a T-Shirt and GAME who were giving away a Mario Kart 8 branded Wii Wheel and Wii U Starter Pack.
